WHAT WE DO

We Build the Lead-Generation Operating System Around Your Business.

We come into the business, work with the people already developing sales, understand how the process really works, find where opportunities are being lost, and build the system around those bottlenecks.

We are not installing generic software. Every business develops sales differently, so every bespoke system starts with the people, process, data and commercial reality already inside the organisation.

We Do Not Ask Your Business to Fit Around Our System.

We do the opposite. We learn how your business currently finds, qualifies, approaches and follows up prospects. We work out what is slowing the process down, where information disappears, where staff are forced to work around poor systems, and where sales opportunities lose momentum. Then we build the operating system around what your business actually needs.

HOW WE FIND THE PROBLEM

We Research Industries.
And We Work Inside Individual Businesses.

The research method changes depending on the problem. Some systems come from repeated patterns across an industry. Bespoke systems come from what we find inside one business.

01

Industry Research

We select an industry using evidence, create a working research environment and spend an extended period inside its lead-generation processes. We do not just interview people from the outside. We work through the process, test different ways of operating and document the friction that keeps repeating.

When the same problem appears again and again, that evidence can become the foundation of a connected business-development system. Prospexto™ is an example of research developing into one commercial system.

WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS

Our Team Works Through the Sales Operation With Your People.

We are trying to understand the real commercial process, not create a theoretical one. That means following the work from the first prospect through to qualification, outreach, follow-up and the point where an opportunity either moves forward or disappears.

STEP 01

Agree the Commercial Problem

We define the lead-generation or business-development area that needs attention and agree the scope of the investigation.

STEP 02

Work Alongside the Team

We speak with staff and observe how sales development is actually carried out, including the workarounds people have created to keep the process moving.

STEP 03

Map the Existing Workflow

We map where prospects come from, what information is collected, how qualification happens, how outreach is chosen, where data is stored and how follow-up is managed.

STEP 04

Identify the Bottlenecks

We find repeated friction: lost information, duplicated activity, poor handoffs, weak qualification, inconsistent outreach, slow decisions, missed follow-up and visibility gaps.

STEP 05

Design the Operating System

The bottlenecks become system requirements. We decide what should be handled by people, what AI can support, what should be automated and what needs to connect.

STEP 06

Build, Install and Train

We build the system, place it into the agreed digital environment, connect the required services, train the staff who will use it and support the change into normal operation.

6–8 WEEKS

From a Mapped Bottleneck to a Working System.

Most bespoke operating systems are built in approximately two to six weeks once the scope is clear. The exact build time depends on the number of workflows, integrations, infrastructure requirements, data handling and the complexity of the commercial process. We would rather define the problem properly first than rush the wrong system into the business.

Map Document the existing process, staff roles, data flows and commercial bottlenecks.
Design Define the new workflow, human decisions, AI support, permissions, integrations and operating logic.
Build Develop, configure, connect and test the system against the agreed business requirements.
Implement Install the system, train the team, move it into live use and refine the early workflow where needed.
WHAT WE ACTUALLY BUILD

One Operating System.
Built Across the Business Where It Needs to Be.

The final build is not just a front-end interface. Depending on the project, it can connect people, data, AI, software, infrastructure and security into one working commercial environment.

People & Decisions Human judgement stays inside the process at the points where commercial context, trust, experience and accountability matter.
Lead-Generation Workflow Prospecting, research, qualification, opportunity management, outreach, handoffs, follow-up and reporting can be connected into one defined operating process.
AI-Supported Work AI can support research, organisation, qualification, analysis, structured outputs and repeatable tasks without becoming the final decision-maker.
CRM, APIs & Integrations Where appropriate, the system connects with the platforms already used by the business so information moves through the process instead of being re-entered manually.
AWS, Cloud & Networking Where the build requires it, we design the cloud, hosting, storage, networking and connected services needed to support the operating environment.
Cybersecurity & Access Security is considered from the beginning, including authentication, permissions, data handling, connected platforms and appropriate controls for the agreed scope.
IMPLEMENTATION

We Put the System Into the Business – Not Just Hand It Over.

Once the build is ready, we implement it into the agreed digital foundation of the business and make sure the people who will use it understand the new operating process.

That matters because even a technically strong system will fail if the team does not understand what changes, who is responsible for each stage and where the new process fits into their day-to-day work.

Install & Connect We configure the system inside the agreed environment and connect the services, data and platforms required by the project.
Train the Staff We train the people who will use the system so they understand the workflow, responsibilities, controls and human decision points.
Run It in the Real Environment We support the transition into live use and watch for the small practical issues that only become visible when people begin using the system properly.
Refine Where Needed Early adjustments can be made so the system fits the way the business operates in practice rather than remaining locked to an initial assumption.
ONGOING SYSTEM SUPPORT
24/7 Support Available

We Stay Responsible for the System After It Goes Live.

Under the agreed support arrangement, help can be available around the clock for covered system and operational issues. Many problems can be dealt with remotely, without disrupting the business.

Where the issue needs to be understood in the working environment, a team member can attend onsite, work with staff, review what has changed and make agreed adjustments to the system. As the business develops, the operating system can develop with it.

01
Remote Support Most system checks, fixes and adjustments can be handled remotely with minimal disruption.
02
Onsite Support When the issue needs to be seen in the working environment, a team member can attend onsite.
03
System Adjustments Workflows, integrations and operating logic can be reviewed and adjusted as the business changes.

Show Us How You Develop Sales

We will look at the people, process, data and systems already in place and identify where opportunities are losing momentum. If there is a genuine bottleneck that can be improved through a better operating system, we can map what needs to be built around your business.
